GENTLE BEGINNER PILATES FOR LIMITED MOBILITY AT GREEN PARK 💚

​Perfect for joint stiffness, injury recovery, or if you prefer to avoid floor exercises!
​If you’ve been wanting to move more but worry that you won't be able to keep up, or if you feel too shy to join a mainstream fitness class — I created this space just for you.
​There are no age restrictions. This is a completely judgment-free, low-intensity class designed to help you build confidence and strength at your own gentle pace.

​ Floor or Chair? You Choose! 

Please note, this is not a dedicated "chair fitness" class, but it is fully adaptable to your body.
​Chairs are optional: If you cannot get down to the floor without support, or if kneeling/lying down is difficult, you can do the entire class safely from a chair. 

​Mat options available: If you are comfortable on the floor, you can use a mat!
