Are the classes suitable for beginners?

Yes, beginners are welcome as I provide exercise alternatives for all abilities.

I also offer Prenatal classes for pregnant ladies. 

How can I reserve a space?

I will forward you the Booking and cancellation policy and the payment details.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, please. Booking in advance is very important as limited spaces are available. 

Is there a contract or any commitment if I want to join?

No contract. It is a "pay as you go" class, however payment has to be made in advance.

There is a full refund, if you cancel your reservation by 12pm a day before the session.

What should I wear to a Pilates class?

Wear comfortable workout attire that allows for freedom of movement. Socks with grips are recommended for better traction on the equipment.

What do I need to bring?

If you have a mat, please bring it along, however I also provide some spare ones.

How often should I attend Pilates classes?

For optimal results, I recommend attending Pilates classes 2-3 times per week. Consistency is key to seeing improvements in strength and flexibility.

Can I join the classes if I'm pregnant or if I have a baby?

I run prenatal and Mum & Baby postnatal small group classes which are specialised for these particular stages of life. Please contact me for details or find more information here.

If the dates aren't suitable for you, you can contact me for alternative options.

Can I join the classes if I have medical conditions/injuries?

I'm specialised in managing certain medical conditions and injuries. I will ask you to discuss the details of your condition before you take part.

Are private sessions available?

Yes, I offer private Pilates sessions for those who prefer one-on-one instruction or have specific goals in mind.

Do you do personal training or just Pilates?

I do. I am a qualified personal trainer with many years experience. I offer strenght training, circuit training and nutrition advice. You do not need to choose between PT and Pilates. It could be a nice mixture of them.
