​Pregnancy is a unique time for your body. This isn't just a "modified" workout; it is a specialist program designed to support you through every trimester.

​- Focus on the Core & Pelvic Floor: Gentle but effective movements to support your growing bump and aid postnatal recovery.

​- Relieve Pregnancy Aches: Targeted stretches and strengthening to ease back pain and pelvic pressure (PGP/SPD).

​- Small Group Environment: Strictly limited to 10 ladies per class. This ensures I can provide the individual attention and postural adjustments you need to move safely.

Class Details

​When: Mondays, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

​Next Course Starts: Monday, 13th April

​Where: Green Park Community Centre, Newport Pagnell, MK16 0NH

 

​Investment:

4-Week Block: £44 (£11 per session)

​Single Session: £13.50 (Subject to space)

 

Our "Life Happens" Flexibility

​I know pregnancy can be unpredictable!

​Rescheduling: If you can’t make a Monday, you are welcome to join any of my regular weekly classes instead (see full timetable below). I will provide all the necessary pregnancy modifications during these sessions.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Free cancellation or rescheduling if notified by 12:00 PM (midday) the day before your session.
